We are approximately 13 km far away from the Millstaetter lake (bath lake). The cities Villach (numerous purchase possibilities in a beautiful old part of town), Spittal an der Drau (here is the lock Porcia) and Klagenfurt at the Woerthersee (not only by the noble city center admits, but also by the Minimundus, where you can see more than 170 famous buildings of the world in miniature) is attainable in shortest time.
Between at the end of May and November the Turracher Höhe (approx. 20 km removed) with the nearly 1,800 m height is a perfect place for mountain friends. Typically for the Turracher Höhe is the interaction of mountains and lakes. The Turracher See, Schwarzsee and Grünsee are the idyllic mountain lakes and make the Turracher Höhe so unique.
