Gastronomy, family friendly restaurant
The gastronomic offering of our homely restaurant builds on the Carinthian, Hungarian and international cuisine. Our guest may enjoy rich buffet breakfast, multi-dish dinners, theme evenings (Italian or French settings, dinner by candlelight with home baked bread), and a cocktail lounge with specialities. Our specialities include mountain trout and crispy lamb shank, however, the strudel buffet and garden grill dinners are also popular among our guests.
The offering is assembled based on many years’ experience; we know very well what families and regular guests like the most.
Our children’s menu always offers something attractive to the youngest generation.
We are committed to making healthy meals from quality raw materials. When designing our continuously updated menu, seasonal Austrian offerings are always taken into account. Ingredients are purchased from continuously inspected local suppliers. Besides soups, appetizers, main dishes and desserts, our guest are also served fruit plates, and they can entertain their palates at the salad buffet.
Eating out with the family is usually a vivid program, some parents tend to feel particularly embarrassed in a four star hotel. On the other hand, our family friendly restaurant is designed, so that you can have the high chair next to the table as well.
All these would be meaningless, however, without our family friendly personnel. They know exactly what to do when the soup is spilled or other difficulties occur.

Do you want or have to keep to special food arrangements? Please, indicate this when booking a table, and our chefs will be glad to discuss it with you. They will be ready to make the proper dishes suited to any allergy (sensitivity to flour, milk or egg), diabetes, etc.
Gourmands Welcome: Wine, Pálinka, Cigars, Coctails
Those who fancy wines may enjoy a special experience trying out our carefully assembled selection of foreign and Hungarian wines stored in our wine-vaults. Would you try a famous local pálinka? The WOB distillery located next to the hotel is listed among the most famous Austrian show-places (with the owner being Wolfram Ortner, former skiing champion). They are keen to hold a local presentation too. Our guest tend to like pálinka made of elder-berry, strawberry, as well as the honey flavoured one.+ However, if you prefer Hungarian “ tastes” , we have some products from the Pálinka Distillery of Agárd.
In our digestive room, you may have an evening rest in a familiar atmosphere enjoying precious cognacs, selected cigars and smart coctails.
