Hotel Information
Prepayment, fixed reservation:
The prices stated apply per person and per day, and they include all taxes. A reservation confirmed by us in writing will be considered valid upon receipt of the prepayment. Therefore, you are hereby asked to transfer the prepayment to the following bank account:

Payment:
Payments are made in cash, or in case of a total exceeding EUR 40, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa cards are also accepted. We apologize, but no subsequent payment of an invoice is allowed.
Check-in / Check-out:
On the day of arrival, rooms can be occupied from 14.00 p.m. If you cannot arrive at our hotel before 18.00 p.m., please, notify us in advance. When leaving, you are requested to check out until 10.00 a.m. Please, note that the reception closes at 21.00 p.m.
Meals:
If you wish to have only breakfast included, the half board price will be reduced by EUR 13.-. We are glad to offer dinner too, if required. In case you fail to consume any meal ordered, we cannot redeem the corresponding price later.
Restaurant:
In order to prevent inconvenient situations, you are hereby requested to visit the restaurant appropriately dressed.
Pets:
Your dog is also welcome in our hotel, however, you are required to notify us in advance. You will be charged EUR 8.00 as a cleaning surcharge. Nevertheless, you are not allowed to take your pet in the restaurant and the wellness facilities. If necessary, additional cleaning fee of EUR 50.00 can be charged for any extra cleaning.
Single room:
Additional EUR 18.00 is charged, if you wish to use a double room as a single one.
Internet:
Our guests are offered WIFI Internet connection for additional charge. The Internet "island" located in the hotel lobby can also be used for an extra charge.
Miscellaneous:
Please note that the availability of certain free hotel services may depend on the weather or the season, or they may not be available due to the lack of sufficient interest.
Late check-in / Early check-out:
We reserve the right to charge the total amount agreed, in case of late check-in or early check-out. The general terms and condition governing the Austrian hotel and catering industry apply – LINK.
Cancellation fee:
The general terms and condition governing the Austrian hotel and catering industry apply. It may be embarrassing, but this holds for both you and us. It would be a pity, if a room was wasted, while other visitors were keen to come. Therefore, you are asked to notify us in time, and in writing, if possible!
- Cancellation fee up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total price agreed;
- Cancellation fee until the week of arrival: 70 % of the total price agreed;
- Cancellation fee until on the last week: 90 % of the total price agreed;
Transfer:
If you travel by train or flight, we are keen to pick you up at the station of airport for an extra charge.
Smoking:
Please note that, since 2005, smoking is allowed only in dedicated places.
Passenger insurance:
What if something happens unexpectedly? You may not be able to commence your vacation, or may have to leave home earlier. For such cases, secure yourself, and take out a simple passenger insurance along with your accommodation, which costs 5 % of the travel expenses.
